Payment terms are clearly outlined when you book a training program. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to secure your enrollment. We accept various payment methods and will provide you with detailed payment information upon booking. All fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling and are subject to applicable taxes. Once payment is received, you will receive confirmation of your enrollment and program details.
We understand that circumstances change and maintain a fair cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your training, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than fourteen days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations made within fourteen days may be subject to partial charges. No-shows or cancellations on the day of training are non-refundable, though we may offer the opportunity to reschedule under certain circumstances.
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively engage in training activities. Regular attendance is crucial for achieving the learning outcomes of our programs. If you miss sessions without prior notice, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve your training objectives. Make-up sessions may be available for missed classes in individual coaching programs, subject to trainer availability and additional fees.
All training materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital resources provided during our programs, are proprietary to Fluent Business English Training. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without our explicit written permission. Recording of sessions is not permitted unless specifically authorized by your trainer.
We strive to deliver high-quality training services, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Individual progress depends on various factors including attendance, practice, effort, and prior language proficiency. While we are confident in our methodology and expertise, language learning is a personal journey that requires commitment from the participant.
